Good singer, apparently getting quite big through Youtube, got a coupla albums out (original material, not like that beautiful cover)
I hopped onto iTunes to see if I could preview the albums see if they would be worth buying and only found an EP. Fair enough, maybe she's not releasing the albums through iTunes yet but, when I tried to preview that, it told me
"The item you've requested is not available in the UK Store."
Now quite apart from the fact that I'm happy iTunes got the grammar in that sentence correct, I am annoyed. If it's on iTunes why should the international barriers still affect it. Come to that, if it's not available in the UK Store then why show it in a list of results. I search for "Marie Digby" and a result for "Marie Digby" is there. So why can't I preview it >.<
Now, I may be over-reacting and there may well be a reason for this - if someone does know why please enlighten me - but it just seems like the music industry is shooting itself in the foot again.
Either way, give her a listen.
